Payment and Shipping Information

We accept PayPal, and if you are known to us, by special arrangement we can accept COD or other forms of payment.  Please contact, prior to making your purchase, MsVelvetAus@yahoo.com.au to obtain approval to select COD when checking out.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order, combining all items together in a single parcel - so the more you buy in the one transaction, the more you save.  The shipping cost is calculated in the checkout, and requires your approval before finalising your payment.  For residents of Melbourne Australia, you may also choose the shipping option "COLLECT BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT", if you will be attending one of the local BDSM events - please contact MsVelvetAus@yahoo.com.au to make arrangements or for any questions regarding either payments or shipping.
